5. AI Disclaimer
Our Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate solutions, explanations, and practice problems. While we strive for accuracy, AI systems can occasionally produce incorrect or misleading results. CalcElf is not responsible for any errors in AI-generated content. Always verify important answers with a trusted source. The Service is an educational aid, not a substitute for teacher guidance or professional advice.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
CalcElf offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Creem, Merchant of Record). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase. Credits purchased are non-refundable but do not expire. Taxes may apply and are shown at checkout.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Using the Service to cheat on official exams, tests, or assessments.
- Uploading illegal, offensive, or infringing content.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse free trials or promotional offers.
- Interfering with the operation or security of the Service.
8. Termination
